  1. I’ve been looking for feedback on the ProForm Cardio HIIT Trainer all through the last week, and most of the reviews and testimonials have been really positive. 

    I’m am however, slightly concerned about the build of the unit – how hard is it to put together, as I’m not exactly a great DIY worker? Also, how easy is it to take down for storage purposes, as I live in an apartment in the city?

      I completely agree with the fact that they are positive because this particular beast offers lots of features and workout apps that help you to burn calories faster. 

      On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say that the difficulty level is assembly would be a 7. If your having trouble in assembling it, you can ask the delivery guy to sort it out for you and I’m pretty sure that they’ll get it done for you.

      The HIIT Trainer is half the size of a regular elliptical trainer.So, it means that it’ll take up less space and fit perfectly right into your apartment.

  2. This is a cool machine with some fantastic additions and features. I have used this type machine but not this exact brand. I will tell you even with the simple quick start program for endurance this machine puts you to the test and will most definitely push your limits. I think this is a great machine for those looking to build endurance and overall lose many, many calories!

      I’m happy that you had experience with a similar machine. Every time you step on the pedals and use one of the workout apps, you’ll definitely be pushed to the limits. This is a full-body exhausting HIIT training equipment. 

      If an individual manages to use it for a couple of weeks or so, he/she will observe a rapid increase in their stamina and endurance levels. One of the best calorie burning workouts is to have a HIIT Trainer.

I have heard great things about the Fit Coach Membership, and just the fact you can download the Google maps and “feel like you’re there” makes the workout all that much more fun and worth the price.  My mom taught me at a young age that you get what you pay for when I would cry because my dollar store toy broke, lol.  If you want something that is going to really take a beating and stand the test of time, have all the bells and whistles (which it appears this has) then you may have to pay a little more for it.

    The other thing I really like is there are 32 workouts.  One thing I’ve found with working out is to mix up the routine.  It keeps it interesting and really helps you get that full body workout.  I’m super excited about this ProForm trainer.  It’s definitely the best one I’ve seen out there.  Thanks for taking the time to really dive in and give me all the information I need to make a decision!

  4. Wow this is a pretty cool interesting machine Ani. It really does take out the calories in the thousands. I like the fact this machine is integrated with a tablet as well. It comes with it and that’s good. I can watch a movie or watch my favorite episode while I get in a work out. Thank you for this, this is very insightful.

      Thank you very much! 

      I’m 100% sure that it can burn anywhere between 800-1500 calories per hour but that depends on your body fat percentage. If your body fat percentage is high, you tend to burn more calories. In other words, they are directly proportional to each other.

      The Tablet Holder is a good feature as well simply because it can pass your time. Playing a 1 or 2-Hour movie would do a good job for your mind and body.

  5. Having an indoor work out equipment affords you the opportunity of hitting the gym anytime and proform cardio hit provides that.

    I don’t think it’s pricey for all the functions you have mentioned but I don’t understand the workout app area. Are you going to connect the gadget to the internet to download the app?

    Does it also burn belly fat?

    I really appreciate the fact that it helps you stay healthy and fit.

      It is an awesome equipment indeed but from my perspective, I tend to think that this HIIT Trainer is a lot better than going to a gym. Certainly, you get the best bang for the buck!

      The workout apps are already loaded. There is a button on the machine that says “START”. Once you press that, you are ready to go. It’s that simple!

      It does burn belly fat as well but you must remember one thing. 20% is the workout and remaining 80% depends on your diet. You gotta eat healthy to reduce belly fat. Burn more calories than you eat and reduce your sugar intake level. If you do those 2 things, you’ll burn all the unwanted inches.
