Welcome to Exercise Grid! My name is Anirudh and fitness has been my passion ever since I was 8 years old. Over the years, I have purchased numerous products in the fitness world (mostly the equipment and a few supplements) in order to get fit and achieve the body I’ve always dreamt of.
When I was 8 years of age, I was introduced to swimming and a few years later, I started competing at the international level. After a while, I moved to tennis because I had great interest in it. I picked up the sport quite well in the beginning and started to compete at the local tournaments and at the international level as well.
A Little Story About My Fitness Life
Growing up I was a little shorter and lighter than everyone else at my age. When I was just 11 years old, all of my classmates were 2-5 inches taller than me. They were always ahead of me in terms of both height and weight.
When I turned 16, I started to hit the gym and I was under the guidance of a professional trainer. I had to consume the right amounts of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in order to get the body I’ve always wanted. In a few months time I could see that my body started to change dramatically.
Why do I want to help you?
In the 21st century, lot of things have changed in the fitness industry. I feel that nowadays the younger generation is fit because their parents have realized that their kids must be fit and healthy. But unfortunately they’ve forgotten that they must be fit as well. Luckily I’m here to help you achieve just that. I will be helping people above the age of 35 to get fit.
I’ll put up the best possible exercise equipment and I’ll be there to guide you on which brand will bring you better results. If you already have enough knowledge on equipment, you can take a look at it and buy it. If your completely new and don’t know where to start, I’ll be there to assist you.
One more important thing is diet. I’ll be including the good foods you have to consume and the junk you should ignore to perform your best and be physically as well as mentally fit.
Some of the most common cardio equipment’s like Treadmills, Exercise Bikes, Elliptical trainers, Rowing machines and Stair climbers will be available in the website.
In addition to the equipment, I’ll also be including the supplements you have to take at your age. The brands which I recommend will be natural and at the same time they will be expensive too. Instead of spending lots of money on buying junk, you could use it to get something valuable instead.
What is my main objective?
My main objective is to share the knowledge I have so that you can train your body to remain fit and healthy throughout your life. In order for this to happen, you have to do whatever it takes. I’ll probably be able to share my knowledge and tell you something but I can’t make you do it. You have to do it for yourself because it’s your own body.
You have to understand one thing, and that one thing is there’s no such thing as “magic”. So don’t expect to get fit overnight. That won’t happen even if your the richest person in the world. To get the body you want, you must put in the time, effort as well as money.
